This is my new website.  It will be a one stop shop for film lovers, filmmakers, film students, film aficionados, and people who are just curious about movies.  I do not want to be considered a film critic but a person who reviews movies.  I am a person who watches movies, writes about them, and offers my ideas.  My ideas about a movie can be either positive or negative.  My opinion or review will not be the end all be all of a motion picture.  I want other cineastes to offer their ideas as well. 

My sight will also be a place where I can blog about the movie going experience, what’s going on in Hollywood and abroad, and older movies that I might see on T.V. or DVD.  My website will also be educational.  Every month I will spotlight an actor, director, producer, writer, editor, director of photography, agent, or executive that has either made a dramatic impact on the business, or is an up and comer.  Also I will have certain months dedicated to different genres and styles of cinema such as, Italian Neo-realism month, or French New Wave month.  In these months I will recommend my favorite movies from the different styles and genres. 

Eventually I would like to interview luminaries of film, but that, hopefully, will come later.  Also on my website, each week, there will be an update on movie grosses, and a list of movies that are to be released within the month.  I will try my best to stay abreast of industry happenings so that I can keep an update on certain actors, directors, writers, and producers who have projects in the works. 

This will be a one stop shop for everything cinema.  It will be a place where a person can read a movie review to see if the movie is something he or she wants to see, or if the person is curious about movies, and film lovers who just want to talk about movies.  Everyone’s voice will be heard and all blogs will be posted.  It will also be an educational site where people can learn about the history of motion pictures past, present, and future.  Enjoy.
